This is more than just a customer facing website; VMH Solicitors were replicating their sales processes three times, entries being made to the ESPC website, their own ‘inhouse’ property tracker and paper based. We streamlined their workflow process by developing a system that creates a unique entry for each property, associating viewings, notes of interest and closing dates along with many other specifically detailed functions. They now only complete one entry on a web based management system. All other public facing areas of the site are also editable by CMS.
